How much Memory do I need?

Since the first week is free, we just start you out at 2300 MB, and let you move down to what you need based on your particular usage. If you don't revise your usage down, we'll automatically set it to your usage level once that first week is up so you don't waste a single cent!
Nonetheless, here's a very rough guideline:

• 150 MB : 99% of all predominantly static sites. (e.g. www.dreamhost.com)
• 600 MB : A top 100 blog. (e.g. blog.dreamhost.com)
• 1000 MB : A busy forum. (e.g. discussion.dreamhost.com)
• 4000 MB : A very popular web app. (e.g. panel.dreamhost.com)
